Job summary

Click Bond, Inc. seeks a Lead Quality Assurance Inspector to direct the inspection team and ensure conformance to aerospace drawings and procedures. You will inspect internal and procured products and verify compliance with engineering drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities include process audits, training material development, and acting as the primary QA contact for issues. Proficiency with CMMs and gaging, and MRP entry, is valued; associate degree and ASQ certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to read aerospace drawings, procedures, and requirements.
• Good judgment and decision-making with team involvement.
• Punctual and reliable with task ownership.
• Follows instructions and communicates with management.
• Knowledge of Lean and process improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Produce acceptance/non-conformance reports and enter results.
• Coordinate inspection schedule and staff assignments.
• May create training materials on quality standards.
• Act as QA resource for problem identification and continuous improvement.
• Document Root Cause Corrective Action activities and ensure traceability.
