Job summary

Click Bond is seeking a detail-oriented inspector to verify conformance of aerospace parts against engineering drawings and specifications. You will inspect with micrometers, calipers, and optical devices, generate inspection records, and ensure complete documentation before shipment.

Responsibilities include stamping approvals, producing traceability certificates, and handling non-conforming materials. You will work with internal teams and external customers, adhering to CB policies and safety

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year inspection experience.
• Minimum 2 years manufacturing experience.
• HS Diploma or GED required.
• ASQ CQI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use inspection equipment to determine conformance with drawings, PO and specs.
• Produce customer-facing inspection reports and document entries.
• Stamp approvals for procured or internal products and shipping docs.
• Produce traceability reports and certificates of compliance.
• Test materials as necessary.
• Verify all documentation for accuracy.
• Perform In Process, Final and Shipping inspections.
• Communicate with internal customers.
• Manage non-conforming material and parts.
• Report hazardous conditions to supervisor.
