Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in quality inspection in manufacturing.
• HS diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience conducting inspections to AS9100 standards.
• Proficiency with automated and manual measuring/test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and perform first piece and first article inspections to AS9100 standards.
• Assess process risk due to setup variations and measurement limitations.
• Aid in audits and product inspections.
• Inspect parts using varying inspection techniques and layouts.
• Support process improvements and engineering investigations.
• Train operators and inspectors in best practices.
• Assist in problem solving for nonconformities.
