Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; English literacy required.
• Minimum 5 years quality inspection in manufacturing, aerospace preferred.
• Strong ability to read drawings and GD&T per ASME Y14.5.
• Experience with AS9100 and AS9102 First Article Inspection documentation.

Responsibilities

• Plan, perform, and document First Piece and First Article Inspections per AS9100/AS9102 requirements for complex aerospace components.
• Evaluate processes, tooling, fixturing, inspection methods, and operator readiness to identify risk.
• Conduct inspections to verify product conformity and workmanship standards.
• Train and mentor operators on inspection techniques and GD&T interpretation.
