Job summary

CES Consulting, LLC is an engineering and construction management firm focused on quality, safety, compliance, innovation, and value. A long-term project in Roanoke, VA requires a Quality Assurance Manager to lead QA activities and ensure program integrity on-site.

The role reports to the Regional Director and emphasizes cost awareness, stakeholder collaboration, and the development of QA standards across the program. Strong leadership and PE credentials are preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a QA Manager on similar projects in Transportation field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture.
• Professional Engineer (PE) License required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce design and construction quality assurance standards, policies and procedures.
• Supervise QA Team to ensure on-site work complies with contract, codes and CPFMD processes.
• Work with Owner leadership to develop yearly budget and monitor program costs.
• Coordinate training to provide standardized support and enforce best practices.
