Qualifications

• 8+ years in software quality with leadership experience.
• Experience in regulated domains like banking or fintech.
• Hands-on test automation and CI/CD governance.
• Ability to lead distributed teams across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end QA strategy for platform and customer delivery.
• Set governance, metrics, release criteria and audit-ready evidence.
• Lead incident response and post-incident communications.
• Improve test automation, gating, and regression coverage.
