• Proficiency with automation tools like Selenium/Playwright/JUnit/TestNG
• Experience leading and mentoring QA engineers

Responsibilities

• Create detailed test plans and automated test cases for software products
• Design, develop, and maintain automated tests and frameworks
• Ensure code quality and version control for QA automation
• Develop testing processes for new and existing products
• Validate end-to-end workflows and integrations across applications
• Perform functional, regression, performance, and smoke testing
• Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and stakeholders to define acceptance criteria
• Lead story grooming, design reviews, and sprint planning from a QA perspective
