Job summary

Client Resources, Inc. seeks a Senior QA Analyst to lead testing across complex enterprise apps, owning test planning and execution for manual, regression, and automated testing with a focus on expanding Playwright automation.

You will partner with developers, product teams and stakeholders to ensure quality and release readiness. You will drive test data planning, contribute to CI/CD pipelines, and advance QA processes and standards while mentoring team members in Agile/Scrum settings.

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years of QA experience with web and enterprise apps.
• Hands-on manual and regression testing experience.
• Experience building automated tests with Playwright or similar.
• Strong SQL skills and ability to run/modify queries.
• Knowledge of ETL and data processing concepts.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or equivalent test management tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication to influence quality.

Responsibilities

• Own QA strategy, test planning and execution for assigned applications.
• Develop and run manual and automated tests across functional, integration, system and regression scopes.
• Build and maintain automated test coverage focusing on high-risk flows with Playwright.
• Identify, document, troubleshoot, and validate defects with Dev teams.
• Review user stories and acceptance criteria for coverage.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with product and business peers.
• Support test data planning and validation across environments.
• Modernize regression testing with reusable automation and CI/CD integration.
• Communicate testing progress, quality risks, and release readiness.
• Identify opportunities to improve QA processes, tools and standards.
