Qualifications

• Lead, mentor, and expand a QA team; set performance goals and code reviews.
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable automation frameworks across UI/API.
• Integrate automated tests into GitLab CI for smoke, regression and releases.
• Drive test strategy, coverage targets, and dashboards for leadership.
