Job summary

CommunityAmerica Federal Credit Union is seeking a Sr. Quality Assurance Engineer in Lenexa, Kansas. The role focuses on testing the Salesforce CRM platform, creating comprehensive tests, and improving QA processes within an Agile team.

You will work with stakeholders to define acceptance criteria, implement automated regression suites, and mentor junior engineers while coordinating with IT and external system owners.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and relevant QA experience.
5+ years of automation testing using Selenium, Postman, Playwright or IBM Rational.
Strong SQL and data/ETL validation experience.
Experience with API integration testing (RESTful/SOAP) and automation frameworks.
Experience with enterprise CRM/ERP systems and Agile teams.

Responsibilities

Create tests and documentation to identify issues in Salesforce CRM before and after releases.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define acceptance criteria and refine QA processes.
Develop automated regression tests and guide QA resources on test creation.
Utilize Copado CI/CD, Selenium, and custom Java tests; log results in QA tools.
Mentor junior engineers and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
