Job summary

CommunityAmerica Credit Union seeks a Sr. Quality Assurance Engineer for Lenexa, KS. You will join the CRM team to create tests and docs for Salesforce, pre- and post-release, and help define acceptance criteria with stakeholders.

Responsibilities include manual testing, API validation, data verification via SQL, and guiding QA automation using Copado CI/CD, Selenium, and Qmetry. You will mentor engineers and help senior-level QA drive quality across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with 7 years progressive experience.
• 5 years of automation test experience with Selenium, Postman, Playwright or IBM Rational.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data/ETL validation patterns.
• Experience crafting test scripts for Features, Scenarios, and Step Definitions in a custom framework.
• Experience with enterprise apps (ERP, CRM) administration and management.
• Experience in API testing (RESTful/SOAP) and API authentication testing.

Responsibilities

• Create tests and docs for Salesforce before/after releases as part of the CRM team.
• Develop and implement tests for Salesforce CRM features, including manual & automated tests.
• Log results in Qmetry and track issues in ADO for dev follow-up.
• Validate API integrations from the EIP team using Postman and other tools.
• Perform data tests using SQL Management Studio, Dataloader and OwnBackup.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine quality engineering processes.
