Job summary

3Pillar Global seeks a Senior QA Engineer to lead quality assurance across critical projects. You will shape test strategies, oversee design and execution, and mentor engineers to ensure robust software delivery.

The role emphasizes leadership, automation, CI/CD, and QA best practices within a remote-first global team. Strong collaboration with product and development teams is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in software quality assurance with test strategy, planning, execution and documentation.
• 3+ years with automated testing tools (Selenium, TestComplete, QTP/UFT) and scripting.
• Proven leadership in Agile/Scrum; experience driving QA in rapid development cycles.
• CI/CD experience and automation optimization for speed and reliability.
• Proficient in Python/Java/C# for automation and data validation with SQL.
• Experience with defect tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla).
• Excellent English communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, able to work independently under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Strategic QA planning with technical leads and PMs.
• Lead design and execution oversight for high-impact tests.
• Expand automation frameworks and tooling.
• Serve as QA liaison to development and product teams.
• Mentor junior teammates and advocate quality standards.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities for QA processes.
