This remote-first role supports teams across the United States, guiding test strategy, automation, and collaboration with development and product management.

You will mentor peers, drive CI/CD-tested automation, and stay ahead of QA trends while delivering high-quality software on ambitious timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years in software quality assurance with test strategy and documentation.
• At least 3 years automation with tools like Selenium; advanced scripting.
• Proven leadership in Agile/Scrum and fast development cycles.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation optimization.
• Proficiency in programming languages used for test automation (Java/Python/C#).
• Strong SQL/database testing knowledge; familiar with defect tracking (JIRA/Bugzilla).
• Excellent English communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Strategic QA planning with Technical Lead and PDM to align with project goals.
• Oversee test design and execution for thorough coverage and quality.
• Expand automation frameworks and improve testing practices.
• Serve as QA liaison to development/product teams for transparency.
• Mentor junior engineers and advocate for quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement and share QA knowledge across the team.
• Stay current on testing trends and apply new insights to projects.
