Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a principal-level Quality Engineer to define and advance the company-wide quality strategy. You will lead testing, automation, and reliability initiatives across teams, leveraging AI tools, agent-based workflows, and strong collaboration with engineering, product, and leadership.

You will mentor QA engineers, drive measurable quality improvements, and shape the testing framework, pipelines, and dashboards that accelerate delivery while reducing risk.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading quality engineering initiatives at senior levels.
• Hands-on AI tools for quality engineering in production environments.
• Experience configuring agent-based workflows and on-demand quality checks.
• Deep practical use of testing pyramid across multiple domains.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the quality engineering roadmap and standards across the organization.
• Develop a framework clarifying roles of engineers, managers, and product teams.
• Evolve AI-powered quality capabilities including automated test generation and AI-assisted reviews.
• Own CI/CD quality infrastructure, release gates, and end-to-end testing pipelines.
• Lead and mentor QA engineers, sharing best practices and enabling teams.
