Job summary

Qualifications

• 5 years QA/testing experience required; 8+ years preferred or 10 years of equivalent education/experience.
• Healthcare or government-regulated experience preferred.
• ISTQB, CSTE, or Scrum certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define, implement, and improve quality practices across applications and systems.
• Drive quality strategy to prevent defects and ensure releases meet standards.
• Partner with Product, DevOps, and business stakeholders to embed quality in SDLC.
• Design and execute functional, integration, and regression tests.
• Lead the creation of scalable test automation frameworks.
