Job summary

You will own test planning, API and performance testing, defect lifecycle, and mentoring junior staff while ensuring compliance with business workflows and high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications

• Extensive QA experience with focus on leading test strategy and execution.
• Ability to translate business processes into robust test scenarios.
• Hands-on API testing experience and tooling knowledge.
• Proficiency with ALM/test management systems and traceability.
• Experience with performance and load testing analytics.
• Automation experience using frameworks like Selenium.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall test strategy, planning, and execution for projects.
• Review requirements and workflows to ensure test coverage.
• Develop detailed test plans, cases, and documentation.
• Perform functional, regression, API, and performance testing.
• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
• Use ALM for requirements traceability and defect lifecycle management.
• Analyze performance test results to identify bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality.
• Mentor junior QA team members.
