Job summary

IPRO in Jericho, NY is seeking a Sr. Quality Assurance Engineer to define, implement, and improve quality practices across applications and systems. You will drive quality strategy, prevent defects, and ensure releases meet standards for function, performance, security, and compliance.

You will design and execute complex tests, build scalable test automation, and collaborate with Product, DevOps, and business stakeholders to embed quality throughout the SDLC.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years experience in Quality Assurance / Software testing.
• Healthcare or government regulated environments preferred.
• QA or Agile certifications (ISTQB, CSTE, Scrum) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement quality practices across applications and systems.
• Lead testing strategy beyond test execution to drive quality.
• Partner with Product, DevOps and stakeholders to embed quality throughout the SDLC.
• Design and execute functional, integration, regression and end-to-end tests.
