Qualifications

• 4+ years of software QA, test automation, and test planning experience.
• Experience leading automation initiatives and integrating tests into CI/CD.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in SQL databases (Oracle/SQL Server).
• Familiarity with UIPath Test Manager, Azure DevOps, Jira.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for web, mobile, and API applications.
• Lead expansion of test automation across enterprise apps and increase automation coverage.
• Develop test plans, cases, and scenarios from requirements.
• Execute manual and automated testing (functional, regression, integration, end-to-end).
• Promote QA automation standards and guidelines.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, PMs, and QA across the SDLC.
• Analyze results, identify defects, and drive fixes with teams.
• Maintain automated API, database, UI, and integration tests.
• Track quality metrics and automation coverage.
• Mentor QA team on tools and best practices.
• Participate in code reviews for automated scripts.
• Improve testing processes to reduce manual effort.
• Support performance, load, and security testing as needed.
• Maintain test data and automation assets.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies.
• Ensure traceability between requirements, tests, defects, and automation scripts.
• Stay current with QA methodologies and AI-assisted testing tools.
