You will design and drive automated test coverage while balancing exploratory testing, influencing testability early in design, and ensuring quality from the start. Qualifications

• 7+ years in software quality engineering or test automation.
• Proven leadership defining quality strategy across native clients, backend services, and delivery pipelines.
• Experience testing native iOS and macOS apps on managed devices (XCUITest/XCTest).
• Proficient in Swift and Python for automation and debugging client apps and services.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Jenkins, GitHub, Docker/Kubernetes, Ansible, Rundeck).
• BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Define a quality strategy across native and web apps, backend services, SDKs, and frameworks.
• Partner with engineering to design testability, feature flags, test hooks, and instrumentation.
• Validate every app version against content, services, and OS release dependencies; catch regressions.
• Report release-readiness and trends to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
