Job summary

Apple Inc. is seeking a Quality Engineer for Security Server Applications. You will design and implement quality assurance processes in a distributed environment, working with software development and SRE teams to understand applications, security aspects, and production environments.

You will design, implement and maintain an automation roadmap for complex services and drive advancements in test strategies, ensuring high-quality software across enterprise platforms and customer-facing services.

Qualifications

Bachelor in Computer Science or equivalent.
3–8 years of work experience in relevant fields.
Demonstrated understanding of creating effective test procedures and test cases.
Strong understanding of QE methodologies and SDLC best practices.
Experience in test automation and test frameworks like TestNG, JMeter, Selenium.
Knowledge of Data Driven Testing or Behavioural Driven Development test frameworks.
Solid grasp on REST API fundamentals, best practices and testing concepts
Unix/Linux environments
Good understanding of database technologies including relational and noSQL solutions
Understanding of security concepts such as PKI, X.509, ASN.1, key exchange protocols, and authentication protocols

Responsibilities
