Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional experience in Quality Assurance.

Responsibilities

• Dive into quality assurance checks during internal development, ensuring only top-notch code makes it to QA environments and production.
• Collaborate with engineers and PMs to clarify requirements, identify edge cases, and ensure clear acceptance criteria.
• Craft structured test scenarios and scripts reflecting business and technical priorities, and get them approved by key stakeholders.
• Create and execute tests, recording findings meticulously.
• Participate in bug triage and release readiness reviews, providing feedback for confident deployments.
• Uncover, document, and track bugs with attention to detail, working with developers to resolve them.
• Prepare and maintain test plan documentation, including test cases, schedules, and progress reports.
• Collaborate with lines of business on test planning, execution, and results analysis.
• Manage time, reporting, monitoring, risk, issues, quality assurance, and change management.
• Act as a quality champion to elevate the team's testing practices.
