Job summary

CTS Engines in Kentucky seeks a Senior Quality Engineer to join the Quality Assurance and Engineering Team. You will identify defects, determine causes, and implement corrective actions to improve repair processes and product reliability.

Responsibilities include audits (ISO/FDA/AS9100), data analysis, reporting, and leading cross-functional teams while ensuring compliance with AS9110/9100. A 5+ year background in quality engineering or QMS is required, with preference for engine MRO experience.

Qualifications

• AS9110/9100 Auditor Certified is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Engineering or working with Quality Management Systems.
• Experience in engine MRO environment preferred.
• Quantum Control experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Determine quality improvement factors.
• Inspect, test and evaluate the reliability of repair processes, products and production equipment.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.
• Meet deadlines for delivery of products and services.
• Lead root cause analysis.
• Collect, organize, monitor, and distribute information related to the QMS and process improvements.
• Document procedures and work instructions per AS9110/regulatory standards.
• Perform and report supplier and internal audits.
• Provide supplier quality input to support the QMS.
• Lead internal and external audits (ISO, FDA, AS9100).
