CTS Engines seeks a Senior Quality Engineer to drive quality improvement, lead audits, and ensure adherence to the QMS across repair processes and production equipment.

The role requires AS9110/9100 Auditor certification, 5+ years in quality engineering or QMS, and strong MS Excel skills to analyze data and report findings; engine MRO experience is a plus, with cross-functional collaboration across global teams.

Formación

• AS9110/9100 Auditor Certified.
• Minimum 5 years in Quality Engineering or with Quality Management Systems.
• Engine MRO experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Determining quality improvement factors.
• Implementing methods to inspect, test and evaluate the reliability of Repair Processes, products, and production equipment.
• Ensuring processes adhere to quality standards.
• Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.
• Working in accordance with deadlines for delivery of products and services.
• Lead internal and external audits (such as ISO, FDA, or AS9100 requirements) and ensure adherence to quality management systems.
• Provide supplier quality performance input to support the Quality Management System.
• Perform and report supplier and internal audits.
