Job summary

CTS Engines in Northern Kentucky is seeking a Records Auditor to review and validate maintenance documentation, ensure compliance with customer programs and RSM/QCM, and maintain the Engine Records Tracker with meticulous attention to detail.

You will input audit rejection data into the Records Findings database, send notifications to Production Control, Maintenance and QC, and safeguard copies of engine documents.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, comprehend and interpret documents.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to operate common office equipment (fax, copy machines).
• Ability to follow a variety of instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform a final review of paperwork to ensure compliance with customer maintenance program requirements and/or the RSM/QCM.
• Evaluate documentation of maintenance actions using acquired knowledge and expertise.
• Audit completion, organize/scan, and ship engine packages; maintain Engine Records Tracker.
• Input audit rejection data into Records Findings database and communicate via email to Production Control, Maintenance, and QC.
• Ensure security and accountability for copies of engine documents and tallies.
• Verify completeness and accuracy of maintenance documents (work orders, engine white binder, yellow folder, red border binder).
• Assist RX and Shipping to pull original paperwork for sales orders.
• Operate Quantum and Excel to manage data.
• Analyze and classify engine records and research information related to customer records.
