Job summary

BITCO Corporation in Davenport, IA, is seeking a Senior IT Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team. This role will own end-to-end test strategy, planning, and execution for multiple platforms and applications, with a clear shift toward automation to improve quality and velocity.

You will collaborate with Digital Solutions, offshore teams, and vendors to test interfaces, APIs, and integrations, monitor defect metrics, and drive continuous improvement of the QA process in a hybrid work

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years' experience with enterprise QA methodologies.
• Experience in Insurance or Financial Services highly preferred.
• Experience with test automation solutions and moving organizations from manual to automated testing.
• Experience with enterprise platforms and applications like Duck Creek, SFDC, ServiceNow, Kalepa, APIs.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and own end to end test strategy for platform and application releases.
• Develop and conduct system integration and regression testing across multiple applications.
• Drive automation-first testing and a data strategy for synthetic test data.
• Analyze requirements and design comprehensive test scenarios with analysts.
• Monitor defect metrics and collaborate across teams to ensure quality releases.
