Goosehead-Insurance is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to strengthen our enterprise technology platform. You will drive testing strategies, design robust test plans, and lead manual and automated tests across web, mobile, and API products.

You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure high-quality releases and mentor junior QA engineers. The role emphasizes hands-on testing, continuous improvement of QA processes, and staying current with industry trends.

Qualificações

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and scripting languages.

Responsabilidades

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement testing strategies.
Design and implement test plans, cases, and scripts for high quality coverage.
Conduct functional, regression, performance, and security testing of web, mobile, and API apps.
Perform manual and automated test execution to verify business requirements.
Analyze requirements, identify gaps, and provide feedback for improvements.
Mentor junior QA team members and guide QA processes.
