Job summary

Compunnel, Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Engineer in Test to advance an enterprise-grade digital asset platform for storing, trading, and servicing digital assets.

You will design and implement automated testing solutions, enhance test frameworks, and drive quality across the software development lifecycle. Collaborating with engineers, product owners, and architects in an Agile environment, you will mentor teammates, build end-to-end and integration tests, and contribute to test strategies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated testing solutions for enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, architects, and business stakeholders to embed quality throughout the development lifecycle.
• Analyze requirements and identify potential risks early in the development process.
• Implement efficient automated test coverage that meets each user story’s definition of done.
• Build and maintain end-to-end, integration, and regression test suites across distributed and microservices-based systems.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of test frameworks, strategies, and automation practices.
• Perform defect analysis, root cause analysis, and assist with issue resolution.
• Mentor engineers on testing best practices and automation strategies.
• Leverage and enhance existing testing solutions to improve efficiency and quality.
• Support Agile development processes and CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous delivery of high-quality software.
