Job summary

Goosehead Insurance is seeking a Senior Salesforce Engineer to design, develop, and secure Salesforce solutions across core applications and integrated systems. You will collaborate with architects, admins, and stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical designs.

You will lead advanced coding, system integration, and release management while mentoring junior developers and promoting best practices within an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Salesforce customization, configuration, and integration.
• Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL and Lightning components.
• Familiarity with Salesforce DX, Salesforce CLI, and CI/CD workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable and secure Salesforce solutions across applications and integrations.
• Lead technical design, coding, and release management activities.
• Mentor junior developers and enforce best practices.
