Job summary

Caylent is seeking a Senior QA/Test Engineer specializing in Amazon Connect and CCaaS to design and execute comprehensive test strategies across contact flows, AI agents, and migrations. You will build and maintain manual and automated test suites (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium) spanning UI, API, and serverless backends, ensuring production readiness.

Qualifications

• 8+ years QA/test engineering experience, including CCaaS/IVR or voice platforms.
• Hands-on testing with Amazon Connect or comparable CCaaS platforms.
• Proficiency with Playwright, Cypress or Selenium for E2E, API, and unit tests.
• Experience with serverless AWS architectures and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute test strategies for Amazon Connect; validate contact flows, routing, IVR, and AI agent behavior.
• Build and maintain manual and automated test suites (UI, API, serverless backends).
• Lead UAT sessions with customer stakeholders and report release readiness.
• Collaborate with engineers to shift testing left and strengthen Caylent's QA practice.
