Caylent is seeking an experienced QA/Test Engineer to design and execute comprehensive test strategies for Amazon Connect deployments, including contact flows, IVR, and AI agents. The role involves building automated/test suites with Playwright, Cypress, and Selenium, and validating migrations for production readiness.

Qualifications

8+ years of QA/test engineering experience with 3+ years in contact center or IVR testing.
Proficiency with automated testing frameworks and serverless AWS architectures.
Experience with Amazon Connect implementations is preferred.

Responsibilities

Design and execute test strategies for Amazon Connect implementations including contact flows, IVR, and AI agents.
Build and maintain manual and automated test suites using Playwright, Cypress, and Selenium.
Validate legacy-to-Connect migrations and ensure production readiness through cutover validation and monitoring verification.
Partner with engineers to shift quality left and run UAT sessions with customer stakeholders.
