Job summary

Caylent is seeking an experienced QA/Test Engineer to design and execute comprehensive test strategies for Amazon Connect deployments, including contact flows, IVR, and AI agents. The role involves building automated/test suites with Playwright, Cypress, and Selenium, and validating migrations for production readiness.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of QA/test engineering experience with 3+ years in contact center or IVR testing.
• Proficiency with automated testing frameworks and serverless AWS architectures.
• Experience with Amazon Connect implementations is preferred.
