Job summary

INFINNI is seeking an experienced QA Engineer to ensure the quality of its international CRM system. You will lead automated testing, performance and security validation across regions, driving robust test frameworks and cross-team collaboration.

The role demands hands-on automation, strong communication, and ownership in a fast-growing SaaS environment. You’ll work with a global team, shaping testing strategy, ensuring GDPR compliance, multi-language support, and data integrity across platforms

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software testing experience with automation
• Proficient in Cypress, Selenium, Playwright; familiar with Java, Python or JavaScript
• Hands-on experience with Linux OS, relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and SQL queries
• Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills
• Ownership mindset and ability to work independently in a global environment

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product, development and regional teams to align test activities with milestones
• Develop and implement test strategies, plans and cases including functional, automation, performance, security and usability testing
• Manage defects and track resolution through lifecycles; report progress and risks to stakeholders
• Design and build robust automation test frameworks and automated tests to improve efficiency
• Continuously optimize testing processes and introduce new tools and practices
• Document requirements, test plans, cases and reports; share knowledge within the team
