Job summary

Intellias is hiring a QA automation engineer to help shape testing for our FinTech initiatives. You will drive automated testing and contribute to regression suites across REST/FIX APIs, Oracle/PostgreSQL databases, and Java-based frameworks. The role emphasizes collaboration with development, support, project management and business teams.

You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, aiming to raise test coverage and platform quality while adopting new tools and strategies as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on QA and test automation experience.
• Extensive experience in developing test automation scripts in Java.
• Experience automating tests for REST/FIX APIs and databases (Oracle/PostgreSQL).
• Proficient with Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber and Robot Framework.
• Familiar with CI/CD pipelines (Bamboo, Jenkins, Bitbucket) and version control (Git, SVN).

Responsibilities

• Implement automated solutions for various testing requirements.
• Expand automation capabilities to increase test coverage.
• Review and improve existing automation approaches.
• Create and maintain test artefacts for regression testing and automation.
• Participate in manual test creation and execution.
• Track QA metrics and report results to ensure transparency.
• Improve overall platform quality and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Stay current with new testing tools and strategies.
