Scalable Capital is seeking a hands-on QA Automation Engineer to build and evolve automated regression testing for mobile apps and backend services. You will develop reusable frameworks, integrate tests into CI/CD, and collaborate with engineers to shape acceptance criteria and coverage.

You will also drive the QA automation roadmap, improve test reliability, and use AI-assisted tools to enhance coverage while maintaining fast feedback loops.

Qualifikationen

• Strong software engineering and debugging skills; build maintainable test frameworks.
• Experience owning and improving test automation.
• Strong backend and API testing experience.
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD; diagnose failures.
• Sound testing judgment to balance coverage and speed.
• Clear communication to influence decisions.
• Experience with mobile test automation; web UI and finance experience a plus.
