American College of Education is seeking a Quality Engineer to design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks for ACE’s digital learning platforms and internal systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed quality across the SDLC in a fully remote environment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in software QA with test automation, strong coding/scripting skills, and hands-on experience with Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, and API testing.

Formación

• 5+ years of progressive experience in software quality assurance with a primary focus on test automation.
• Strong proficiency in programming or scripting languages for test automation (Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or C#).
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing test automation frameworks with Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, or similar.
• Experience with API testing using Postman, RestAssured, or similar.
• Experience defining automated quality gates in CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with CI/CD platforms (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Active participation in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and remote collaboration.

• Drive continuous improvement in testing practices to support student, faculty, and staff experiences.
