You will develop and execute test strategies, plans, and cases, collaborating with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality releases in a virtual-first environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance or related roles.
• Experience creating and executing manual test plans and defect management processes.
• Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and SDLC.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 or Salesforce preferred.
• Knowledge of regression, integration, UAT, and exploratory testing techniques.
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools preferred.
• ISTQB or similar QA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops, maintains, and executes test plans and test cases traceable to business requirements.
• Performs functional, regression, integration, UAT, and exploratory testing.
• Documents, tracks, prioritizes, and validates defect resolutions.
• Collaborates with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to define acceptance criteria.
• Participates in Agile ceremonies and ensures quality before release.
