Job summary

Talentify is hiring a Quality Assurance Engineer in Fairfax, VA to lead testing for web/platform applications. You will plan, execute, and document tests, develop automation, and ensure release readiness for internal-use software enhancements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years QA experience on web/platform apps as SME and lead testing efforts.
• Proficient in automated testing with Playwright or Cypress.
• Experience with API testing, CI-integrated tests, and AI/LLM features.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and document testing to place internal-use software enhancements into service.
• Create and maintain test plans and traceability to requirements.
• Execute functional and integration tests; capture and retain test evidence.
• Automate test cases and integrate into release pipelines; validate AI-assisted outputs.
• Document defects, support triage during development testing, and verify fixes prior to go-live.
• Support release readiness sign-off for go-live and enhancements.
