Job summary

SRI Resources, based in Orlando, is seeking a Senior Software Engineer - Quality Engineering to join our Global IAM team. You will design rigorous test strategies, build and maintain automated frameworks, and ensure quality across data-driven systems spanning multiple platforms.

You will partner with developers, product managers, and data scientists to embed quality early in the lifecycle, advocate shift-left testing and TDD, and mentor peers in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on experience as a Quality Engineer.
• Experience building and debugging test automation.
• Familiarity with AI testing tools and libraries.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement test strategies for systems with predictive/adaptive logic.
• Develop and maintain automated test frameworks for CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and data specialists to embed quality from ideation to deployment.
• Conduct exploratory testing and risk analysis for data-intensive systems.
• Monitor quality metrics and drive continuous improvement.
