SRI Resources has an immediate contract opportunity for a Senior Software Engineer in Quality Engineering in Burbank, CA, Seattle, WA, or New York City. You will design and implement test strategies, build automated frameworks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software across intelligent systems.

The role focuses on validating adaptive systems, ensuring model integrity, and driving testing across the SDLC with strong emphasis on automation and non-deterministic

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on QA engineering experience.
• Proven QA experience with testing practices.
• Basic understanding of test automation and scripting (Python/JS).
• Familiarity with AI testing tools.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).

Responsabilités

• Design and implement comprehensive test strategies for systems with predictive or adaptive logic.
• Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and tools for CI/CD.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and data specialists to embed quality from ideation to deployment.
• Conduct exploratory testing and risk analysis for complex data-driven systems.
• Monitor quality metrics and identify trends for improvement.
• Advocate for best practices in software quality engineering and SDLC.
• Stay current with emerging testing approaches for intelligent systems.
