Job summary

Qualifications

• BA/BS in information technology or business-related field.
• Strong knowledge of internet/web tools, software development, scripting languages, and database design/use.
• Experience with HTML/JavaScript/CSS, SQL, and No-SQL databases.

Responsibilities

• Provide tier-2 and 3 support of IT system incidents and coordinate with other IT teams.
• Present data service analytics, issue reports, and performance metrics to leadership.
• Lead Agile practices and act as product owner for applications for end-users.
