Job summary

Qualifications

• BA/BS in information technology or business-related field from accredited college or university.
• Five (5) or more years of related work experience.
• Strong knowledge of internet/web tools, software development, scripting languages, and database design and use.

Responsibilities

• Provide tier-2 and 3 support of IT system incidents.
• Coordinate application support with other informational technology teams.
• Lead the use of Agile best practices and act as product owner for some applications.
• Present data service analytics, issue reports, and application performance metrics to leadership.
• Create and manage application workflows, triaging customer requests, provisioning resources, and tracking progress.
