Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company seeks a senior QA professional to implement and oversee a large QA program for government-facing products. You will establish software quality standards, develop test plans and scripts, and lead testing across the SDLC with collaboration from business, product, and development teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Certified Tester -- Advanced Level desired (TTA, TA, and/or TM).
• 8–15 years of professional software testing experience including test automation and/or infrastructure development, test planning, test case design, test methodologies.
• Experience collaborating with developers, end users and organizations to create test plans and test scripts.
• Experience configuring necessary hardware and operating environments as needed to complete assigned testing.
• Experience in writing or assisting in the development of test plans and test procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA resource through all SDLC aspects including requirements, functional specs, integration and regression testing.
• Create master test plan, testing strategy, and schedules for multiple projects.
• Write, maintain, and execute automated test scripts where applicable.
• Provide feedback in requirements, design and interface reviews for testability.
• Analyze complex system requirements to design and execute test cases and diagnoses.
• Coordinate with QA leads and stakeholders to standardize QA processes and track defects.
