Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, seeks a senior QA professional to implement complex QA programs across software life cycle. You will establish software quality standards, create test plans and scripts, and oversee testing strategy on large programs.

Collaborating with business, product, and development teams, you will lead test case reviews and automate where possible, tracking defects and ensuring government directives are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's preferred.
• 8-15 years of software testing experience including test automation.
• Experience with creating test plans and scripts; APIs and UI testing.
• Experience collaborating with developers, end users and organizations to create tests.

Responsibilities

• Participates in SDLC and leads QA across requirements, design, and testing.
• Writes, maintains, and executes automated tests when applicable.
• Leads test case reviews, designs reviews, and change control activities.
• Develops master test plans and testing strategies for multiple projects.
• Documents defects and tracks resolutions with defect tracking tools.
• Ensures QA standards align with government directives and guidelines.
• Coordinates with teams and conducts QA reviews and inspections.
