Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, is seeking a QA Lead to supervise a QA team and champion best practices across the software life cycle. You will establish quality standards, audit processes, and metrics to drive quality in both development and testing efforts.

The role requires hands-on automation using Java, integrating with CI/CD pipelines and working closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders on a federal program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
• Hands-on automated test coding experience using Java (or development with C++/C#).
• US citizens with ability to pass a government background investigation. No dual citizens.

Responsibilities

• Supervise QA team and promote QA best practices.
• Establish software quality standards for life cycle, documentation, and testing.
• Organize audits, prepare test metrics and IP Reviews (IPRs).
• Provide oversight to the QA team and coordinate testing activities.
