Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, is seeking a senior QA leader to implement and oversee large quality assurance programs across the software lifecycle. You will establish standards, create test strategies, and participate in requirements and design reviews to ensure testability.

You will lead test planning, automate where applicable, and drive defect tracking and audits, coordinating with business, product, and development teams to deliver defect-free releases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 8-15 years professional software testing experience including test automation.
• Certified Tester -- Advanced Level preferred.
• Experience collaborating with developers, end users and organizations to create test plans and test scripts.
• Experience configuring hardware and operating environments to complete testing.
• Experience in writing or assisting in developing test plans and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead large QA programs and establish software testing standards across SDLC.
• Create test plans, scripts, and testing strategies for complex projects.
• Oversee CMMI PQA audits and track testing results.
• Write, maintain, and execute automated test scripts where applicable.
• Coordinate with business, product, and development teams as a senior QA resource.
• Enter defects and oversee resolution, ensuring quality before production.
