Job summary

BESTPEGASUS LLC seeks a senior QA Automation Lead to oversee testing for a State of NY OCFS project. The role requires hands-on UI automation, performance testing, and UAT coordination, with deep involvement in test planning, environments, and status reporting.

The contractor will lead testing activities for a large, technical program, ensuring validation of requirements at each phase and during final acceptance, while onsite as needed and during remote coordination.

Qualifications

• Test planning, design, development and execution based on business requirements and functional specifications.
• Coordination, tracking and analysis of testing activities.
• QA leadership on large, highly technical projects.
• Functional and performance testing tools.
• Hands-on recording and scripting of automated functional tests.

Responsibilities

• Manage testing activities including UI automation, integration, performance, scalability, regression, and UAT.
• Plan and track testing.
• Define testing roles/responsibilities, testing cycles, processes, and movement across environments.
• Define and oversee test environments.
• Schedule tests and report testing status.
• Ensure requirements and deliverables are verified and validated at each test phase and at final acceptance.
