Job summary

St. George Tanaq Corporation’s Tanaq Technical Services seeks a QA Engineering Lead (Automation Testing) to spearhead enterprise test automation across HUD ADPS programs. This remote role requires embedding quality across SDLC, defining standards, and delivering automation-first strategies.

You will partner with Product Owners, Developers, and security teams, govern CI/CD quality gates, support AI-assisted testing, and provide executive-quality metrics and risk reporting. U.S.

Qualifications

10+ years of IT experience with at least 7+ years in QA/quality engineering.
5+ years hands-on automation for enterprise apps and DevSecOps.
Experience leading QA automation strategy, test planning, and release validation.

Responsibilities

Develop and own QA and test automation strategy for HUD ADPS applications.
Establish enterprise testing standards, metrics, and governance.
Lead design and maintenance of automated testing frameworks for web apps, APIs, and data pipelines.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery.
Create comprehensive test plans, scripts, and traceability matrices.
Perform functional, regression, performance, accessibility, and security testing.
Coordinate testing across multiple Agile teams and releases.
Provide executive reporting on quality, risks, and readiness.
