Job summary

Joint Strategic Technologies (JST) seeks an experienced Quality Assurance Tester to support the sustainment and modernization of USAF and Space Forces HR systems. This fully remote, full-time role emphasizes automation, CI/CD, and DevSecOps within an Agile environment.

You will design and execute automated and manual tests, mentor junior testers, analyze results, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables. A US government background check is required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on quality assurance testing experience.
• Proficiency with test automation tools (ALM Octane, Selenium, LoadRunner, Postman).
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, Jenkins).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in software QA preferred.
• Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to pass a US Government background investigation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, execution, and maintenance of complex test processes.
• Develop and execute automated and manual test cases to validate software components.
• Analyze test results to identify defects and propose solutions to improve performance.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement Test-Driven Development (TDD).
• Provide mentoring to junior QA testers and promote continuous improvement.
• Conduct system performance testing using Selenium, ALM Octane, and LoadRunner.
