STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a hands-on QA Automation Technical Lead with strong automation, Java/Python, SQL, API testing, AWS, and CI/CD expertise. The role focuses on leading QA strategy, developing automation frameworks, and integrating testing into modern pipelines.

The candidate will mentor engineers, drive shift-left QA, and explore AI-driven testing to optimize test generation and analytics in a remote EST environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on QA automation and technical leadership experience.
• Proficiency in Java and/or Python.
• Strong SQL and database knowledge.
• Experience with API testing, microservices, and automation frameworks.
• Hands-on AWS and CI/CD/DevOps experience.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA automation strategy, framework development, and implementation.
• Develop and maintain automated test solutions using Java and Python.
• Automate functional, API, regression, integration, performance, and end-to-end testing.
• Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.
• Design testing solutions for AWS, cloud applications, and microservices.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor QA engineers.
• Drive shift-left testing, quality engineering, and continuous improvement.
• Explore AI/Generative AI for test generation, test data, defect analysis, and automation optimization.
• Define QA metrics and support release readiness.
