Job summary

Global Payments is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst Senior to join the Biller Solutions team in a hybrid role. You will own automated UI/API testing, collaborate with Product Owners and Developers, and drive testing strategy across projects.

Candidates should have 5+ years in automation testing, strong C#/.NET skills, SQL, and experience with NUnit, Selenium, Postman, and AzureDevOPS. This role offers growth within a global payments leader.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computing or related field or equivalent experience.
• Excellent analytical skills with QA test planning and reporting.
• Experience in Agile/.NET development environment required.
• Strong understanding of OOP concepts.
• 5+ years in automation testing for APIs and UI.
• 3+ years in C#/.NET (Linq, Generics, .NET 6).
• Postman for manual testing; Agile/Scrum and Test Case management.
• AzureDevOPS and Git experience; API/Service deployment concepts.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for test activities of assigned projects in Agile env.
• Refine backlog items with acceptance criteria with Product Owner/Developers.
• Collaborate to establish automation testing strategy for the product.
• Participate in scrum ceremonies, pair programming, and peer reviews.
• Develop and maintain automated UI and API test frameworks using NUnit and C#.
• Develop and maintain Selenium-based test frameworks.
• Leverage SQL for REST API testing.
• Work with stakeholders on product design and test approaches.
• Organize and maintain test script library.
